Taiki's Costume Commission

Term of Service

General

- I only accept sewing base commission, so if you are looking for armor or costumes with LED or another electronics, this is not the right place.
- all commission will be made based on measurement of your body, so it will take longer time than ready to wear product that you can find online.
- my price maybe higher from other costume maker, so please aware of this before making a commission request.
- any personal information shared between me and client must remain secret, do not share any of it to other people.

Payment

- the price that I wrote is just estimation from my experience of making that product, so the price can be higher or cheaper dependent on measurement of your body and how many material that I use for your costume.
- material, service and delivery are included in the price.
- after deciding about the price, I will need 50% of payment up front to help me buy all material that will be used for your commission.
- after the product is complete and I give you the picture of the product, you can complete the payment.
- the product only be sent after the payment is complete.

Deadline

the estimation it's going to take 1 - 2 month or longer, based on the complexity of your costume and material delivery to my place.

Work Flow

- You must read my ToS first before contact me, if you contact me then you have already understood about it
- Dm me on any social media. Don't be shy, just ask whatever you want.
- give me reference of the costume, If I think able to make it then we can continue.
- you can take your own measurement, but if you can't then we can do a video call and I will guide you how to take the right measurement.
- I will make the small version of the pattern and calculate how much that you need to pay for this project.
- after we have agreement, we can start the project.
- for press body style costume, I will send you mockups model with cheap fabric of the costume first to check the fit. after the fit is perfect then we can continue to the real material.
- for loose style costume, I can do the same if you have trust issue with your measurement, but if you are confident then I will do the work with the real material without the mockup.
- updates with videos or pictures will be sent to the client throughout the work period and if you have any feedback, I will make adjustments according to it.
- after the costume is finished then you have to complete the payment.
- after the payment is complete, then I will send you the costume.
